How it all began

​

Born in Bern and raised in Thun, I had the privilege of sharing my childhood with two siblings.
As the middle child I early had to learn to find my own voice and my own place.
Our mother, a strong woman, juggled family, her education, and her health simultaneously, showing me that anything is possible with determination.

Unfolding My Path

My journey began with a deep understanding and an intense sensitivity to the world around me, a capability that blossomed into a gift.
I learned to perceive energies in the space, receive images and stories, and read people.
This gift became the cornerstone of my current being and professional work.

Steps Bringing Me Closer to My Voice
 

In 2012, I left my familiar surroundings to forge my own path.
Initially, I tried to find my voice in the world of musicals and after two years, it became clear to me that it wasn't just about dance and showmanship but also about the power of my own voice.
 

In 2014, I encountered the term "Reiki" and opened a door to a fascinating new dimension. My Reiki training in 2015 awakened a deeper thirst for understanding.
 

The turning point came in 2016 with the "Source Tuning" course, which helped me feel the energies within my body and articulate them.
 

In 2017, my voice unfolded in a new way during a songwriting workshop. This became not only my own medicine but also a means to help others.
 

Reiki Grade II in 2019 deepened my connection with myself and others.
 

In 2020, I embarked on a journey into the world of "Shadow Work - Voice Dialogue," a technique that aided me in confronting my own shadows.
 

The art of touch as healing revealed itself to me in the same year during introductory courses in Tantra massage. Here, memories, emotions, and desires unveiled themselves in a depth I had not known before.

In 2023, I delved into the art of Lomi Lomi Nui Massage (introductory course) and discovered the transformative power of slow touches and deep movements.
 

Continued Development

My path was shaped by inspiring workshop experiences that stirred my life once again.

From the "Yoni Admiration" workshop, where women admired each other, to "Somatic Consent," where I learned much about my self-determination, decisions, and relationships, and to the "Foodgasm" workshop, where sensual fruits and juices encouraged newfound self-esteem.

Workshops that embodied a self-determined life with self-love, self-respect, and self-awareness.

A new song emerged from all this – a mirror of my journey, my identity, and my inspiration.

Utilizing my voice is a gift that I continuously rediscover.

All these experiences form the foundation of my knowledge, skills, and sensitivity to provide you with space and guidance on your journey.
